Some of the best Cab Franc I’ve tasted. Cocette in San Francisco often has it on their wine list. Shot out to this restaurant as well equally a favorite
I bought a few weeks ago, through an auction house located in Rouen, Normandy, France, a box of six bottles Chardonnay Beaucanon 2004. Wine is wonderful, tasting like a madeira good wine, that is not surprising, 15 years old. But... the trouble is with corks. They desintegrate when pulling, and it's very difficult to succeed a clean operation. It is a pity that for such good wine, quality of corks is so poor.
Best Cab Franc out there (2006, 2008 & 2010 good too)
There trifecta one of the best red wines I have tasted No computation
